A good dish is born from good ingredients, we will teach you to recognize them, to evaluate them (using sensory analysis techniques), to cook them and finally to taste them, accompanying them with the wines chosen by our sommeliers
We will guide you in the conscious use of your senses to discover, analyze and evaluate the ingredients, teaching you to recognize "fakes" and to identify strengths and weaknesses
Each ingredient must be treated for its characteristics and the destination for which it is intended. Our chefs will reveal tricks, give advice and guide you step by step in the preparation of the chosen dish, in our fully equipped kitchens.
At the end, the dishes you have prepared will be cooked, and we will taste them accompanied by wines chosen by our sommeliers, to further enhance your preparations.
Upon request it is possible to record the experience with a video montage which includes filming both on the guide chef's table and in the room.
